So that you know we take our plans and commitments to you seriously both of our managed service plans are backed up by our SLA targets and automatic discounts should we fail to meet them.
Our essential plans provide a reliable core IT service to businesses that can’t afford or don’t need the fully managed service.
Please note, there is a £300 minimum monthly commitment, with reductions to £200 for registered charities and £100 for single employee organisations.
For clients without any on-site servers we charge an additional 20% cloud-only management fee.

This is our basic plan to look after your servers, its useful if as an organisation you only have servers. If you have workstations or use cloud services we would recommend looking at one of our more comprehensive management plans.

Pricing details and definitions
Servers
- We define a “Server” as a Virtual or physical machine running up to 2 separate applications.
- A server (physical or virtual) running more than 2 separate applications is considered to be an additional server, for every 2 additional applications.
- For example, if you have a server running a database and your accounting software, it will count as one machine (database + accounts package). If this is the same server as your Domain Controllers or File Server, it will be considered two servers.
- We do this because it encourages the best practice of segmenting server functions to different servers, which reduces the risk of security and other technical issues, and minimises downtime for clients when issues do occur.
- A physical server that is only acting as a host for VMs is not charged for, providing the number of VMs is more than double the number of physical servers.
Workstation
- Any supported Windows device (desktop or laptop) is considered a workstation.
- We charge per Server and Workstation, and will support up to 50% more users than workstations, under that price. If a company has more users than this, there will be additional charges depending on the nature of the users and the plan selected.
Other Details
Contract
- Due to the complexities and work involved in set-up and remediation of existing issues our Managed Security Services plan requires a minimum 12 month commitment.
- Cancellation of all other service contracts can be made at any time with 2 months notice.
Invoicing
- We have a minimum spend requirement of £300/month for all clients.
- We invoice monthly, at the start of each monthly period, on the date your contract with us started.
- We request payment within 7 days of all invoices being issued.
- If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend on-going services.
- We charge interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate on all overdue invoices.
